Cane Arrows for the Upcoming Season
« on: July 22, 2009, 09:13:29 pm »
been working on these for the past couple weeks.  have a dozen with stone points by claude van order from florida.  i'm thinking the points are rhyolite, raw coral, and obsidian.  the purple set has 160gr landsharks and 160gr. grizzlys.  the yellow set are my light weights with 110gr zwickeys.  all have bone nocks.  enjoy!

Nice arrows, Chris. Have you tried those Landsharks before? They look like some serious hole makers.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

Wow, those are really nice.  I hope to someday be able to make something like that.  I guess I had better build or buy a bow first though!  LOL  Ah well, one step at a time I guess!

those arrows show your talent, my friend...would you please do a buildalong?  Show us how you splice the fletching, how you create and install the bone nocks, etc?  I bet i'm just one of many who would appreciate that!

thanks
