when i am angry or stressed out,i usually come home and knapp or work on a bow
after an hour or two i feel so much better,or maybe its the other stuff i take for stress lol

my knapping abilities arent that great yet so it doesnt really matter ifn i am pissed or not when i do it.
it all looks the same

Trust me on this you guys are all way ahead of me I finally managed to  get a couple of arrowhead shaped thingies out of a piece of rock and I thought it was a triumph.Ron

wish i still drank at times. ive taken several beautiful pieces of rock in the past months and beat them into rubble when i should of just put them away and hit the heavy bag.  ;D

Some of that Mt. Kineo rhyolite works great for those situations. You can beat on it as long as you want to without hurting it at all. ;D
