The bows I´ve made in the cold time
« on: March 04, 2009, 01:08:03 pm »
Hello,
Here are some pics of three bows I´ve made in January and February.
You do know the Hazelbow already.
The other bows are out of Elderberry and Prunus ( the one with the Deerhorns)

The Elderberry:

Ah there's the pics. :) Looking good. Looks like you had a lot of work to do on them with steam.

Very nice work,  It is always nice to see some different woods being used.  I have never seen an Elderberry bow before.  How do you rate it as bow wood?  Good job on those tough looking pieces.  You should be proud of your fine work.

Look like good bows. Any chance of posting full draws of your elderberry and prunus in good light?
