New elm bow

Thought I would post this here,

its a  Knotty elm bow, it is 70"ntn and pulls around 45# .I do not know which species of elm it is yet but it was cut locally. It is 1 1/2" at the fades and tapers from around mid limb. As you can see there were a couple of knots on one limb, she raised a splinter near a knot which I wrapped with string and glue. Holding fine.

Censu it appears to be a fine with some character but I have to tell ya that your pictures leave much to be desired.
Glad to see ya got some better pictures :) Very nice bow :)

Looks good from what I can see.Don't see as well as I use to and them are small. Looks like it has a lot of good character.Nice job. :)

It looks like a good job on the bow, but better pictures would help a lot. ;)

Who ever corrected the pictures, that helped out a lot! Cool art work and the tiller looks good as well. Nice job! ;)

Censu, awesome tiller. That limb is full of knots too. I don't know if you could have this with that bow but when tillering knotted areas I like to leave the knots slightly "flat" so as they don't bend much. Jawge
