Hay Pappy, GregB, KingRon:
The Johnstone knapping contest was mentioned on the board somewhere.

Question:  Is there going to be another Jonhstone Knapping contest this year?

If so, I think I can supply the Johnstone.  It is 1972 model and  Babyblue on the outside.

Due to a very slow leak the bathroom floors have rotted out in my parents house so they are doing a complete rebuild on them.

Sounds like vintage thunderchert to me, be a pleasure to work not like the cheap modern stuff :P
I could supply some really nice trophies from work, as a matter of fact I have a primary tank down right now
and there are some beauties just laying on the bottom >:D

David, we're definitely having the contest again...got it hanging in the bow making area with Cowboy's name as the winner of 2008. I'd say that blue stuff ought to work out real good! ;)

10-4 Greg:
I just called Daddy and he said that he would try his best to save the tank and the lid for me.

He is ( down in his back ) right now so all he is able to do is watch.

I will let you know when I get my hands on the johnstone or not.

Thanks
David
