Greg I have a Dutch Oven with his name on it just let me know when you want to toss him in it ;D ;D

I have let a nice sized ground hog go the last two times out,..... now that there is one in the freezer then there might as well be two!
So he best watch out next time.

How about slow roasted with green mater's , carrots and mushrooms a little Cajun spice and serve on mashed taters or rice with a ice cold Miller  ;D

Grant,

Looks like a little Steve Martin in a fur coat!

Saw Filer's recipe sounds like my recipe for porky-pine.  Quillpigs are also wonderful when brined in cup o' salt, cup o' brown sugar, LOTS of pepper, and two quarts of water overnite, then smoked.  Betcha little Stevie the whistlepig would take to the smoke, too.

Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.
