Important(?) steak information
« on: April 29, 2021, 01:53:31 pm »
When dining on steak and beer(or any fizzy beverage), and Worcestershire sauce, I discovered it is very importtant to shake, the Worcestershire, not the Guinness!  Luckily, this discovery took place at home and not in a restaurant >:D (lol) (lol)!  Jacie laughed a whole bunch!  Did not injure the steak, however! (lol) :fp

You didn't take a big gulp from the worcestershire sauce did you?

Luckily, no!  It was on the wrong side of my plate (lol)!  The Guinness helped flavor the T-bone steak, though!

Steak and Guinness pie is a favourite in English pub-food cooking. It will only improve the steak.

I will have to find that recipe!  Guinness stew is popular in many pubs around here as well.
