yes it's a really good place for gathering information here. that's why i started posting here, too! good for you to have gordon nearby, also.
i'm sure you are looking foreward for that hunt.
well, if you find no stones, maybe you'll find an old bottle (that's what i'll try soon to knap some glas)

Don't know why I'm just now seeing this. That is a fantastic bow! the finish, tips, skins, tiller - everything. Congrats!!

Great job on that one...hard to believe its only your second. No telling what we'll have in store when number three is displayed. ;)

Looking at my daughter in the first pictures reminded me of the first time we went scouting with my first bow.
It looks like she has grown up a little. ;D

Great bow. It does look a lot like Gordon's, and that's a big compliment.  :)
Learning from him, you'll probably be winning all the bows of the month for the next couple of years, lol.  ;D

Bryan came over and let me handle the finished bow. The pictures don't do his bow justice - the snakeskin and finish job are just outstanding. When I pulled the bow back I thought this feels heavy for 60#. Sure enough when I weighed it on my tree it came out to 67#. I'm not sure how that happened, but he shouldn't have any touble pushing an arrow through an elk at that weight. Nice bow Bryan!
