Yes indeed mike , he did an outstanding job capturing the hunt in words

Thanks guys. I was shocked they printed it so quick and completely amazed at how nice the layout was. I also enjoyed reading the memories and found myself drifting back a number of times. I'm just honored to have been able to enjoy it and share it with you folks.

Count me in too, Scott. Well written and just a really cool article. It had to be a great time to experience that hunt with your brother and you took some really nice pictures.

I like your story to Scott, thanks for sharing it. I really think there are some good stories and writers on this site. I sent in a few stories myself. I really enjoyed the stories from new authors and think it adds a lot to the magazine. It was another good one. Can't wait for the next issue.

You know, guys, writing a story for the magazine is really nothing more then sitting down longer and writing what we put on this screen in a lot more detail. I've got a couple of articles in mind and I need to just slow down myself from my work schedule and start writing them.

I read the article this morning.  It felt like I was on the mountain with them.  I got a little winded reading about all the hiking up and down the terrain.
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left

Agreed, fantastic ramblings Scooter. I read it twice myself. I'm still pissed I stuck that tree :)

Only when the last tree has died and the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realize we cannot eat money.
