There are comercial wild game farms. I read somewhere that what is sold as venison is mostly red stag which is closer to an elk than a deer
failure is an option, everyone fails, it's how you handle it that matters.

There is a commercial game farm just south of me. They raise fallow deer. I went down there to see if I could get some sinew. He was agreeable but when he showed me the deer they were about the size of a German Sheperd. The leg sinew was(dried) about 1/8" by maybe 6". I think you would need a hundred legs to sinew a bow ;)
