String along
« on: February 05, 2016, 11:51:47 am »
Well folks - for all of you familiar with making cordage - this is a dog bane belt for a specific use - its a secret. I did not keep track of the number of stems or the hours it took to make it - 2-300 I think. it is about 5 feet long and approximately 3.5  inches wide. I worked on it over the course of a year, definitely not all at once. #1 is the eye end, #2 is the main body close up, #3 is the overall belt, #4 is the tail end which ties to the eye end.

Cool, Ben. Make a different sling for my short Flintlock.
