New stone and point.

I was given a couple of pieces of what I think is Flint Ridge Nethers. If it is something else please let me know. Here  is my first point from it.

Nice point! The Ohio variety you have there is called Upper Mercer. That stuff can be a bugger to work, nice work.

Thanks guys. You are right bowmo the stuff is a challenge but well worth it. A lot of fractures and some crystal pockets. I only had the 2 chunks and I hope the 2nd chunk has a point waiting for me to chip out of it. I can see why people like to work this stuff.
