My first self-bow, hackberry flatbow, unbacked, 68" ntn, 40# @ 28", that I made a year ago and had previously posted, meets my granddaughter, Ellie, who I named it after. Life is good.

It's great being a grandpa for the first time, guys. Loving every minute of it.
Chris, you mean my third one. Getting back on it this week now that Thanksgiving (and cooking my first turkey) is done.

I'm betting there will be more pics of Ellie and bows and arrows forthcoming. Nice bow and a precious granddaughter. I got to shoot a few arrows with my first granddaughter today. Special moments for sure.
