Ram board

Anyone ever eye this stuff before, it looks to be a very compressed paper fiber, but I have not researched it. Anyone know any more? Looks to me like a good backing.

Dave yrs ago I used paper drywalll tape, and it worked fine. This stuff is a hell of a lot stronger!! What I can't figure out is whether it is all paper, or have "other" marterials in it. Back in the 40's they used a compressed paper that was very similar I believe. :)

From what I saw I think it would be too thick. It looks like a cellulose product, compressed saw dust with resin or something like that. But, maybe this should be in The Campfire section.

I looked it up,  it is made from 100% recycled cardboard. It also said something about having cross fibers in it for added strength. From what I read it sounds like some really tough stuff. Patrick
