Good luck, I never got a chance to hunt them when I lived in Colorado.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

Congratulations!  Fine table fare indeed!

congrats Leroy....love chasing speed goats! As you said they are great eating- I need to head back out west and put another one in the freezer and on the wall.

Their hide makes some amazing leather too!  Good luck!

I have two buck antelope tags in an area I am not familiar with so have no clue as to how to take advantage of the tags.  I have never shot an antelope with a bow, but have scared the heck out of a bunch of them over the years.  They have glands in their face and on their legs that can make the meat taste rank so my theory after years of outfitting is to not touch the meat with your hands when skinning them.  Can be some fantastic eating if taken care properly!  Joe

Antelope would be such a cool hunt. I think I would have to do a shoulder mount if I got one because they look so graceful.   The wife would fuss about hanging it but I think I could persuade her.  ;)
