Looking for an Osage Orange stave
« on: December 26, 2013, 08:07:03 am »
As the title says I'm looking for a seasoned Osage Orange stave. Given the fact that this will only be my second attempt at an Osage stave bow, I'd appreciate a stave that isn't extremely challenging, but beggars can't be choosers so I'll take whatever I can get.  I used the only seasoned one that I had to make a bow for my son for Christmas. For trade I have two and a half salted deer hides (soon to be four and a half), about one pound of daclite (three pretty large chunks), and all of the green bamboo of any size you could ever want.

Tank you in advance,
Dennis Vankirk
Thank you,
Dennis Vankirk
