Alright, as promised, here are some pictures of the Bowhorse’s I made last week.  One has the first coat of polyurethane and the other one still needs final sanding and a couple of bolts before being finished/sealed.  I was waiting until I had the seat fitted for that one before sealing.  Both were made entirely from reclaimed timbers left over from different projects, except two of the legs on the unfinished one, which were reclaimed for an old deck.

Wow - nice job on the "work horses", SS. Look good too - and i like your use of the tractor seat - neat.

Very nice Bernie and the others also.I have one but don't use it much,I mostly use a portable bench with a vice,I did use mine this summer at a pre 1850 event and had forgot how nice they work just not as handy as a vice when I am at the shop.Very nice gift. :)You ought to hook up with some of the NC boys and come on down to visit we would love to have you,just think
a whole week of nothing but bow building,shooting,and eating not to mention all the lies that are told. ;D ;D by PatB mainly. ;D ;D
