I have a sweet osage stave too, though it could use a bit more seasoning (already dry). If your trade with David falls through, or if you just want another stave lying around, let me know. The one I have is ~72 inches long, just around 1-3/4+ inches wide, and about an inch thick. Depending on how long you want your bow to be, you might be able to get a rigid handled bow out of it, or easily one that bends through the handle.
