I think it's excessively stacked and whip-tillered,
but what do you think? Any input is welcome... ; )

It does look a little stiff in the bottom limb and the top limb is a bit whip tillered but with as many humps and character that it has it can be a bit tricky to tiller. All things considered it looks like a shooter.
