Dacite hemphill

I got this piece of dacite in a trade from Mr. Lemos. It was significantly larger before I started, but I was having alot of trouble over striking the platforms. After I figured out the force required I had more success. Ended up with this 7" Hemphill style blade.

Very nice! I know a guy that really likes that style - he makes them out of glass and floor tiles.

Wow! It's amazing  what a talented individual such as yourself can do with a simple rock. The dacite I pieces I beat on don't come out looking anything like that. Well done sir!

Thanks guys, I was guessin earlier when I said 7". After putting the tape to it, it is only 6". Still a nice size for me. Thanks again, Art, for your generousity!
