finally finished the small game/ possibles bag w/pics
« on: April 22, 2013, 08:51:09 am »
Well after starting on this bag over a month ago I finally had some time last night to finish it. Its made from commercial cowhide leather that I stained russet brown and fished off with some neatsfoot oil. I used artificial sinew to sew with. I am by no means an expert or professional leather
worker. But I'm actually pretty happy with the way it came out. And I've made lotsa smaller possibles bags but this is the largest one yet. Not sure if I wanna put it up for trade now like I was planning to LOL.

That turned out pretty nice! Good job!

Did you figure out how to do a removable fabric liner that you can take out to wash?

If you have, I'd love to steal the idea!

Thanks guys I put the red piece of leather there more for looks than anything and made it q little big to make it look kinda loose. I don't know why but a loose look like that is kind appealing to me.

It's worth what someone is willing to give up for it.
