Build another bow.

that is strange about "but it always lifts up again" I have re-glued bows and ton's of other stuff with titebond, never had it break in the same spot or come apart. Like it says on the bottle stronger than wood itself.. I have even done some remarkable end grain gluing without sizing with very good results.

How about a pic Kid. Is it a crack or a splinter? Where is it?

Build another bow either way kid bow. Get one started while your pondering a repair, or not.

Do you have a camera or a phone camera to take pics and post them?

Hey kid sure would like to see a pic.  I have a 5 curve plains bow that lifted splinters so I super glued them down and wrapped them with sinew and hide glue.  She still draws 62lbs @ 24.

glueing it down without wrapping it isn't likely to have a good long-term result.  Oglala Bowyer's description of the wrap might help you if it's a splinter, but if it is a crack across the grain on the back of the bow, there really isn't much that will fix you up.
