Just ran across this post...a warm welcome RDK!

I live in Holland (for about another month or two) and will likely be relocating to Berrien Springs area so you aren't that far away.  If you ever need to hire another "farm" hand let me know, I'm outta work and will/can do about anything needed.

I LOVE the idea of owning your Dairy/Creamery...grass fed cheese, YUM!

Thanks to all--means a lot to me......

JW-we make a water buffalo camembert--no mozzarella yet.  (and the next water buff to head for freezer camp will be imortalized in our archery equipment.....)

Lee S--I'll keep that in mind when we  get a bit ahead, appreciate it.

Never imagined I'd be doing so much heavy lifting, let along milking animals the size of a VW bus at my age......never to old.....

this form definitely helps keep me centered......sane???

RDK, why watter buff instead of jerseys or holsteens?  ??? The creamery/dairy sounds cool though, by yhe way my father and grandmother were bothe born and raised on a dairy in southwest Arkansas.  :)
