Cooked rock. Wow!....not sure if I'm getting soft or smart, but there will be more cooked rock in my future.

Had a piece of buffalo river I traded for that had been taunting me to hit it. Thinned it up a little and stepped away.

Cooked rock can spoil a knapper , and I like to be spoiled. There's a great sense of achievement in harvesting, spalling,treating,& finishing a point by your self.

On a second note, broke a nice point tonight trying to notch. I need to make me a notcher and stop "impromptu-ing". Lol. Still ended up with a nice hunting point.
