Trade Bow Finished
« on: May 07, 2011, 09:06:36 pm »
I got my trade bow finished today. It's 57" n2n 47# @ 28"  Red Elm backed Walnut with a Hickory handle and IPE shelf. Wrapped the palm are in leather. It ended up with .75" set and 1.25" string follow.  Put the recipients name and and bow info w/ my signature on the upper limb. Topped it off with 7 coats of gloss urethane Not sure I like the string follow, but it shoot very hard. I hope he'll be happy with it.
