neck knife

here's a neck knife that I made as a gift this year



, haven't been knapping to long and it's my first knife, rainbow obsideion and elk tine
failure is an option, everyone fails, it's how you handle it that matters.

Thank's everyone, glad ya like lt, it's rainbow, just ended up mostly dark, the sheath turned out o.k.after it was all finnished I put 5 coats of snowseal on and hit it with a blow dryer so it soaked in. been using all slabs cut on my tile saw, gotta learn percusion

i like the real pretty obsids like that
i thought it might be rainbow,can see a bit of the color
they are a bugger for me to get good pics of too
i have a peacock blade i just finished,but i'll be damned if i can get a pic of the color

yeah I can get all the obsidion I want for next to nothing, some of the No. Calif mahogany has areas that are hard as heck,but it's purty
