Thanks Jeff.  They aren't too pretty to shoot but I'm finding myself not willing to shoot that at the same target as other people.   I fear if someone hit them I'd be liable to turn the next arrow on them

I did sorta kinda make a jig.  It's just a hinge with a bit of duct tape on the inside and a vice-grip to clamp it closed.

Mullet those heads have been in my family for 50 yrs,my grandfather then my father and now i have em.I'll keep an eye out though as they were popular around here.

Those are really nice. The only thing that stops me for buying some from David, is the fact that if I do, there will be no need for me to make anymore arrows.
