6 months later!
« on: February 23, 2010, 10:26:05 pm »
Finally picked up some tools today.(after a 6 month layoff) Broke the first three rocks I picked up,swing is way off.  Then picked up a preform and whooped a side notch. Had a funeral this afternoon, but when I got home i figured I'd see ifin I was gettin back on. Knocked out this "semi calf creek/andice" Notches stalled on me, so I left it be.

Funny how a layoff effects things. The best knapper I know tells me to knapp  a little every day, just to attain muscle memory.

Looks good Tim, like shannon said hard to forget it all. I know when I finally get home it will be at least a half dozen broke ones to start with.
