First Newnan Point

I finally got some things finished and mailed off today so I decided to knock off a few flakes  This is the first time I tried to make a Newnan.

Looking good.  What seperates a Newnan from a Marion and really a Hillsborough is the base. A Newnan has a flat base with the sides meeting the point at a slight angle.

A Marion has a rounded base with the tips the same as a Newnan or 90 dgs from the base to the point.

The Hillsborough is the same as both, except it has a real short base that is trianguler shaped, and usually broke when you find one.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

I like that one. Way to go.
