I missed this post first time through..huh.  Sweet looking bow Pappy.  Interesting arrow rest design, is it wrapped sinew or cord under the leather?  Good luck hunting with it.

No Aosda,it has a short leather rap at the top down covering the striker plate then a regular leather grip on top of that to cover the handle.Works pretty good. Bear only if you half draw
