The "bag" Staining trick.

The trick I'm talking about is when you dip a plastic grocery bag into stain and apply to a bows back in a dabbing motion. I used this on my newest ironwood (Hop hornbeam)self bow.( hopefully next years hunting bow) The stain looks awesome. I know there have been a few bows on this forum with stain jobs like this and I would like to thank these bowyers for this trick. Amazing!!!

I used miniwax dark walnut stain. And the pics will come when the bow is varnished.
