I use this software called photorazor. I am not good with computers, but this one is simple enough for me. you can downsize your photos after opening them in the program.
Just type "photorazor" in google, and then download it. It's a virus safe file too.

Can you change your pic size from 100x75 to 640x480? that will do it.     Pat
