Hey Ryan did you ever get Pat's son hooked up with a bow holder setup for his chair like you saw at Hawkeye?

Just wondering?

Thanks Hardaway. For those of you who were wondering I had the buck green scored. It grossed 145 3/8" and had 10" of deductions for a net of 135 3/8"  Should make the pope and young 125" standard easily.  I never thought I'd shoot a pope and young deer, let alone with a selfbow. Guess it goes to show you anything can happen if you put enough time in the woods. Good luck to all the rest of you guys out there, hang in there and try not to get to frustrated. It only takes a couple seconds to turn a crappy hunt into the hunt of a lifetime!

Thanks Pete. I got him officially measured today netted 131 7/8" Pope and Young. They have a traditional archery only book now. Pretty cool.  ;D
