This past weekend, my Grandson and I setup a tent camp to stay at this year while hunting turkeys. This upcoming weekend is the youth hunt weekend. I am hopeful he gets his first turkey. Last year he almost sealed the deal on a gobbler but the bird hung up a little past the range I felt he should shoot. We could have stayed in my cabin but I thought it would be fun to camp out in the tent this spring. Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for tonight and Wednesday with up to 6 inches of wet snow predicted. I hope the weather improves by Friday. Regardless of what happens weather wise, I am looking forward to hunting with him. Here is a short video tour of the camp we setup and stayed at last weekend while we were doing a little scouting.
