Is Honeysuckle good for anything?

Howdy, boys.  So, it looks like we're selling Badger Manor and buying a place in town, if all goes as planned.  The new place has a couple hedges of big honeysuckle bushes in the back yard.  These aren't the invasive, viney bushes that are taking over cities down south, but big, 8' tall, stout bushes.  Since they're kind of ugly and the berries aren't good for anything, I'll probably tear them out at some point and either free up space or replace them with something edible (chokecherries or serviceberries, maybe).

Is the wood good for anything?  Bows?  Arrows?  Bonfires? These things aren't native to the area so I don't know much about them.

Yes I do 

If you can bare to wait winter is the best time to cut it leave the bark on and seal the ends.
Thin branches will make arrows but I think they might end up heavy.
Once it’s dry I think it might make decent carving wood a little hard but it’s defuse Porous like maple.

Also make sure you get all of the root out of the ground or it will be back, the stuff is a weed.

I did also cut a small Bush one time that had a grapefruit sized burl in the roots that came out nice but that was atypical for the plant.
