It’s getting too short and I need to take it out and put a new one in. Any idea how I can do this?

I was going to suggest grabbing it with a pair of pliers and pull.

I just grind the handle a tad to expose more copper... I also use a hammer to flatten to a point also.. that way when it needs touch up I can hammer most of it back to point and touch up with file... Gut

If you glue it in with epoxy an easy way to get epoxy to release is to put it in the freezer overnight. most of us drill a small hole down to the copper and screw a 1/4" "elen" screw in. That way you can remove easy or adjust it when you need to.
