Horn bows are a work of Art and yours is right there with the rest of them. Amazing.

Question regarding black string nocks :
Have you cut out the wood and inserted horn ?

I am afraid doing this step ... to not weaken it yoo much.
How wide are your tips around string nocks? Less than 1cm ?

About horn,the horn is glued into sijah,the tips have 6 mm wide,its relly strong, to broke that nock bow must make 110-120 lbs

The typical size of nock 'slot' is 1/4 x 1/4 inch. The tip there should be about 10mm wide x 17mm thick.
