Incised dots on belly of bow
« on: July 26, 2016, 09:04:56 am »
At the Little Bighorn National Monument I have seen a bow plus arrows, apparently the items belonged to Sitting Bull.
There are 13 incised dots on the bows belly. Any idea what that means: Maybe 13 killed soldiers?  :-\

Hmmm, I got a contact up there.  Lemme see if I can shake loose his contact information and ask if he knows!
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.
