What video program do you guys use to slow down, freeze etc? I'm trying to see what I'm doing wrong with my form. A free program that I don't have to sign up to a million thing would be nice.

VLC would be my recommendation. It fit's all of your criteria. Most of the advanced features are a little bit buried in the menus, but its a very popular program so you should be able to google anything you can't find.
