Strange weather
« on: February 05, 2015, 11:57:07 pm »
It is just after 9 pm. It is 57 degrees. February in Utah is usually the coldest of the year. 2 snow storms. Lots of rain. We're gonna be in trouble with water this year.

Lot's more snow than usual here in western New York,Had one snowfall in Nov. that dumped 7 feet in some areas, it melted away and then it started snowing again and has'nt stopped, got 3-4 foot on the ground now and more predicted.
We usually get a lot of snow, but this is more than usual.

It was 51 degrees when I left for work this morning at 6 am. Normally the average high is 41, the average low is 31. If this keeps up I can plant my peas next week!

WE have had about avg snowfall but seems like it has been colder. 24" on the flat and Erie airport is saying 84" so far for the yr. Inland we get way more than right on the lake.Lake is froze over so lake effect should slow down. Snow piles around driveway are higher than wood pile not a good sign :o  Bob

We've had a relatively mild winter although we have had a few extra cold(for us) days here and there. We can't buy a snowflake though this year.  >:(

I wish it would get strange here and we'd have a Hurricane and run all of the Canadians and Michigan people back home.

It's pea and lettuce weather here too. Low of 8 celcius at night. No snow on the mountains. 120mm of rain in 2 days though.
