STEEL SLEEVED, TAKE-DOWN
« on: January 07, 2008, 01:05:07 am »
I'm working up a set of nice billets and am going to build a take-down. Just curious--does this qualify as 'selfbow' or does it have to be permanently spliced?  Thanks,  Glenn.

If its not backed with anything I say its a selfbow.  Justin

Glenn I am looking forward to seeing it. I have a real interest in the sleeved takedown. I will be doing some once I have a little more experience under my belt. It just seems real practical and as long as their is no loss in performance ( or not enough loss to matter) then I think I like that idea a lot.   Danny
