Landscape supply Pt.
« on: February 19, 2014, 05:30:32 pm »
I stopped by the landscape supply just for kicks. I found some stone heat treated it. It came out with some pretty colors like pinks.   This point didn't take long, I could have spent longer.  The notches didn't go very far.  I'll make it thinner next time.

I picked up two pieces of rock from around the patio at my brothers house in Dallas at Thanksgiving. Made him and my nephew a point for Christmas, the stuff worked really good with out heat. Not for sure what it was ( bull gravel?) but it looks like what you have found. Nice point too.
