Sinew lifting problem

This bow has two dips on either side of the handle. sinewed it last night and today found the new layer had decided to become a brige between the two. Suppose I sould of know better than to leave it in wrapped. Still it seams to be a good example if how much sinew shrinks. My initial thought is to fill it with either gelatin glue( if I can) or tb3 then wrap it

Just curious what glue you used initially, what kind of wood, and how you prepared the wood?

Gelatin glue the reason I would prefer to use it to reglue it is so that there will be no color change if I can leave it exposed. This layer is going on over the first late which was put on several mouths ago. The wood itself is Osage but the problem layer doesn't come in contact with the original surface.

Just brush the spot with warm water till it softens and glue it back down.  Make sure you wrap it this time though
