sinew backing
« on: December 15, 2013, 10:30:51 pm »
when applying sinew is it better to do two layers at one time or can the second layer be added later. Also if  a second layer can be added how long should one wait before proceding. I used TBlll not hide glue.  Could one use Knox gelatin over TBlll.
Thanks for any advice.

Tire bond 3 doesn't like to stick to itself. Hide glue doesn't like to stick to it either.

I tried helping people out with this tutorial on how to add about four layers of sinew in one go but it didn't make the archives and will soon slip into oblivion. Here it is one more time though.
