Carson this design is awesome in Osage! I made one that was a little shorter than this one and drew 29" at about 60-65# if I remember right. The tiller is a bit more tedious than a typical pyramid because of the narrowed bending handle. Make that the last couple inches of the tillering process. Also start a little wider than you may want so you can do some side tillering to fine tune it.

Nice work on that shorty Jon, from the looks of the bend I'd bet it packs a punch at that draw length and weight. Got a cool primitive look to it as well. You really get those short bows tillered out nice. I gotta make a string now and grow
some nads to string up that short piece of osage you sent me, think I have it floor tillered enough now to try and put
it on the short string. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't afraid of making a real shorty like the big boys do. ;D
I ain't broke but I'm badly bent.
