Cow horn for a bow?

I have some Texas long horns and was wondering if i could make a sinew backed bow like any other horn bow?

Yes, they are suitable for hornbow..just keep in mind that they are harder than the buffalo horn. Famous Hungarian аrcher often works with cow horn.

dang , thats a beautiful horn bow!
when i'm working on things my ancestors worked, singing the songs my ancestors sang, dancing the same dances, speaking the same language, only then  I feel connected to the land, THIS land, where my ancestors walked for thousands of years...
