I know for a fact that Tina and Steve make some really good BBQ.  You just have to stash rolls now and then to put it on.....lol

You are welcome to come, James. It will be about the same time next year. I'll post an exact date a month or so before hand. The mountains can be a pleasant surprize to a flatlander in July. I know, I moved here 22 years ago from Bluffton. I do miss the saltwater but not the heat, humidity and skeeters.  ;)
