My Best ABO yet
« on: June 14, 2012, 04:11:16 pm »
I focused on equal flake removal during the reduction to the preform stage. Then prepared platforms for opposite side edges. So I had a platform on the front and back. The reason is to prevent overshot. The otherside did not work but i figure it was due to running flakes  base to tip first. Anyway I was shocked that they kept running the face and were matching. What an ABO ride that was.

Man, love those flake scars!
You skin that smoke wagon and we'll see what happens!---Are you gonna do something? Or just stand there and bleed?

Very nice flakes!! Your abo technique is turning your fingers green, though.  ::)

Don't know how I missed this one. The scars are outstanding. I need to sit down with you one day.
