We're not having our "official" big family thanksgiving dinner until Sunday, have to work around everybody's schedule. We lay it away then, usually have the usual turkey, ham, and everything to go with it. For the last ten-fifteen years, I've always smoked a whole deer ham for thanksgiving and it's become a tradition, I guess. It usually gets gone before anything else. I'll be starting it about daylight Sunday, with maybe a fatty and some ABTs on the smoker, too. For us tonight, I'm smoking a whole pork loin butterflied and stuffed with apples and Italian sausage, grilled asparagus, stuffing, and stuff. I think we won't starve this weekend.
