New Bow Rack
« on: July 30, 2010, 07:45:31 pm »
I didn't know where else to place this so sorry if this is in the completely wrong section.  I just had to show yall and see what you though.  Put in a couple days of light work and made myself a new bow rack before I head back up to USAFA.  The smaller heads are shaped out of gaboon ebony and the large one is shaped from two pieces of paduak glued together.  I think I nailed the shape and style on the larger one.  Anyways, tell me what you alll think of'er seeing as I value all of your opinions.  Again, I apologize if this is the wrong place to be posting this.  Have a good one.

I'll tell you what I think, I think that is very cool and I want one! You've given me an idea for a non-bow working project day. Thanks for sharing this.  :)

Thanks profsaffel, youngbowyer33, chasing crow, Thwackaddict, and jeffutley57.  The replies are much appreciated.  Any ideas as to how I could possibly incorporate an arrow rack into the design.  Thanks again.

You could integrate one of the rubber arrow holders off an old quiver,or you could make the top thicker and cut you some slots and stick the heads in the slots with your arrows stikkin up in the air like a headress!Be kinda cool! ;D
